ChangeOS is built by SB Venture Solutions — a team of change management practitioners and enterprise SaaS builders.
After years of running digital change management engagements across SAP implementations, Workday migrations, and large-scale digital transformations, our founders kept hitting the same wall: the tools didn't exist.
Every engagement meant cobbling together Excel, SharePoint, Jira, PowerPoint, and a dozen other tools never designed for this work. The result? Hours lost to admin, insights buried in spreadsheets, and stakeholder maps that were stale the moment you saved them.
So we decided to build what didn't exist — a purpose-built operating system for the change management profession. One platform that brings together every engagement, every stakeholder, every communication, and every insight.
ChangeOS is now in private beta with 12 founding firms. We're backed by deep domain expertise and a clear vision: to become the platform of record for every digital change engagement on the planet.
